I am by no means an expert in this field! I understand that the person (or group of persons?) which calls itself Cobra Resistance is the proponent of these devices on the earth. Cobra has many websites in which s/he talk about many different subjects, one of which are these healing devices. I will talk about the Tachyon Chambers first, since they really exist at this time!
Tachyon Chambers
There are no photos of the tachyon chambers. My friend Dr. Henry got to spend 3 days with Cobra in Switzerland a few months ago. After their seminar, the two of them went to visit the one Tachyon Chamber in Switzerland. Dr. Henry said that when he was in the living room, above the chamber, he could feel the energy of the chamber. He was then given the opportunity to spend 10 minutes inside the chamber (half the length of a usual treatment) and during that time, he felt himself pulled out of his body. He had never had an Out of Body experience before that. He could definitely feel that energy.
He described the chamber as having a particular shape, which seemed to involved a pyramid. It was very heavy, and could not be moved or it would cease to function. There was some kind of heavy stone or gold plate at the base. It had a significant amount of gold in it, which contributes to much of its weight. I don't think that there was any visible evidence of electronic circuitry. It was more like a resonant chamber.
Tachyons are a subatomic particle which travels faster than light. They are postulated to be found in increasing numbers as we pass thru the galactic equator or photon belt. Their presence supposedly can be bolstered by capturing them in a particular resonant chamber.
The effect of the tachyon chambers is described as relaxing, and helping the body to heal, to conform back to the original etheric plan for the body. This is what the Tachyonis site says:

GGTrust currently has no involvement with these chambers, but intends on purchasing several for use around the world. The current price to purchase one of the chambers is $25,000. I expect that post RV, the limiting factor will no longer be cost, but will be manufacturing time.

Light Chambers
The light chambers are also mentioned by Cobra, but they are not currently known to exist on the earth, though some sources say that there are warehouses full of these devices, ready to deploy throughout the earth.
The effects of these light chambers is said to be much deeper than the tachyon chambers. They are said to allow restoration of the body and mind to the original intended plan for the body and soul, even regrowing any DNA damage or mental disease, repairing missing limbs or organs, and reversing the effects of aging.
Many people are fascinated by the possibility of reversing aging. The Light Chambers are said to have the ability to reverse the biological age of the body back to 22 years old or so, and the desired state of youth can be selected. Thus, you may be able to achieve the appearance of a young person while retaining the wisdom of age. It is said that height and skin/hair color can be selected according to your desire, and that each home may have one of these devices, in order to maintain the health of the body.
One tantalizing clue from Fisher was that access to these devices is available now, by contacting the Galactic Visitors which provide them. Fisher has said that he has been many times offered to have his sight restored, but has declined the offer, as he chooses to live with legal blindness in order to increase his non-physical vision.
