Several of the YouTube sites which were closed for “bullying” or “violating community standards” (meaning having a different mindset than the Deep State) have been reopened. I shared a Jerome Corsi video last night where he went through his own experience for the last few days. Corsi said that he was aware that some intelligence agencies, and the White House, were involved in restoring his YouTube account. Other accounts that were blocked but are back now include: Divine Cosmos (David Wilcock) and Destroying the Illusion (Jordan Sather). The owners of YouTube accounts are diversifying their use of Internet media now, especially by adding mirror sites on Gab, Dtube, Steemit, and others.

THE BIG CALL WITH BRUCE, TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 2018, INTEL ONLY

Bruce: Welcome Everybody to the Big Call tonight. Many of you are aware what is out there some things being said, blogged, and written about. I am just telling you what I know. This Intel segment is not going to be super long because for the last couple of days Intel has been pretty quiet. Sources are tending to dry up a little bit in terms of gag orders, black outs, and being told I can’t talk to you for a couple of days. That kind of thing. We are hearing some really cool things that are around this Spring Solstice which I told you last Thursday that it was the 20th, 21st. That is the 20th, and tomorrow will be the 21st. Everything I am hearing is still pointing to this time frame. We didn’t get it today. That makes us look forward to the rest of the week starting with tomorrow. It is not wise for me to call it on any particular day, but I do like sort of what I am hearing between tomorrow and the rest of the week.
Bruce: We heard awhile back that China had their Chinese Yuan to be gold backed and known about that starting on the 26th. At the same time we know some of our contacts are traders of the gold back Yuan as a future, and it is actually called a petro Yuan because it will be used to purchase oil. Instead of just the petro dollar we will have the petro Yuan. I know the traders that are trading the Yuan as a gold back future currency that is no longer available to do that after midnight tonight. That is interesting. They have been told that by email that they won’t be able to trade that as a future after midnight. I don’t know what that means exactly whether the Yuan will be gold back as of tomorrow, but I am hearing things like that even though they put out information about the 26th, next Monday. For us it would be Sunday into Monday due to the time difference in China.
Bruce: Hearing some good things about documentation being signed off. Hearing things about in Iraq of everything what we were looking for which was the budget, the oil and gas law, and the rate be put in the budget. Understand that did happen sort of by default like I mentioned last Thursday. That happened by default over Sunday. So more than likely at least that maybe will hit the printed version of the Gazette tomorrow. It doesn’t really matter to us if it does or not because Iraq is ready. The Qi cards are activated and the rate is on the cards. We know what it is and the in country rate is great. From that aspect Iraq is complete and they have the lower denominations in the ATMs for awhile now. They have some plans to use the coins, the fils. Those coins will be a hard currency and they will be able to use those here very shortly. I do not know if that is in play or about to be in play possibly starting tomorrow. That is one other sign to show Iraq is done and ready to go and be an international player with their currency which is great.
Bruce: Otherwise I think from what we are hearing, everything is moving along nicely from the Chinese perspective and perspective from out west and that things are about to go forward. We have heard some things last couple of days that certain groups would be paid and or certain SKRs would be made liquid. So far we have not seen it, but it does not mean it couldn’t be going on in the next couple of days. We really could. We know some exchanges are going on for individuals that have some liquidity, but the majority of the access to their funds will take up to 48 hours. That is from an exchange that took place today. It is in the process of happening, and I am believing that those of us in Tier 4 could very well get stated this week. I believe their intention is to start with Tier 5, John Q Public, next week.
Bruce: We also understand the gold back dollar is supposed to be available for us by the end of this week. That could be really interesting. Then I heard things the dollars being available essentially exchanged for gold in some banks as early as next week. We will see how that comes out. I am not interested in doing that personally, but it would be nice to know the dollar would be gold back again. I think we might even get an announcement even on Friday. Let’s see if we get one as an announcement on Friday. I don’t think we have to wait for that to get started however as our exchanges and redemption of Zim.
Bruce: I know the Redemption Centers are ramped up for higher staffing starting tomorrow, and it is consistent to be that position through the 27th of the month. I can tell you security is going to be good and high. We still have serious cleanup on Aisle 3 that has taken place the last 3 nights and is continuing. I think that is something that is getting to the point that it will be okay for us to get started. We believe enough cleanups have taken place for us to get started pretty soon. That is what we are looking at right now. Don’t worry about the rates. The rates are great. You know if you want to exchange or if you want to redeem your Zim higher than the screen rate, you will do it at the Redemption Centers in which the toll free numbers will guide you toward. It doesn’t mean the Tier 1 Banks won’t also be redeeming Zim. If you have humanitarian projects and you want to negotiate your rates for higher than the front screens, you will do that at the Redemption Centers just to let you know that. The security is great. I think we are at the point there is not a whole lot left to do that hasn’t been done. Everything appears to be complete such that we could get started. We will see how it shakes out the next couple of days. I feel good still about this week.

• The Banks and exchange centers are pretty mad that it didn’t go last weekend and they are still disgruntled. They made their people give up any vacation and time off for no reason.
• The progress is here, the holidays to celebrate the beginning “of a new Iraq” have begun, yet we still do not see the RV.
• Many high up people are upset this thing mistaking so long!
• T really thought it would happen TODAY. From what he knows he’s surprised it did not.
• They continue to say one thing and do another! T finds it very frustrating.
• The lower denominations were supposed to be out TODAY. But they are not here. Their behavior is always a surprise to Tony. People in this a while know how imprecise they are. But all governments and many people do the same thing: Tell You one thing and do another.
• Our calls are about helping you to not spend all your money in two years and be broke again.
DETAILS
• Rates are up in the air.
• The laws have been agreed on the HCL (hydrocarbon law), yet people (gurus) keep saying HCL has to be DONE for RV. T says they are not related and it is not rational. They are separate things.
• Exchange Centers and branches: Many branches know nothing about this yet. Only certain people know and Exchange Centers are predominant. Only those involved have the need to know. THis is how it’s been for 10 yrs, but NOW you know you can go to a Foreign Currency Teller to do your exchange if you do not want the contract rate AND you have less than 10M. So that complicates the issues.
• How long does TAX-FREE situation/Treaty last? T: you should ask that question at the beginning of your exchange. But it is based on a treaty dating back to the 1980s under Reagan. SO wouldn’t it last until the Treaty expires or is changed?
NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
• If you want the contract rate you MUST sign this.
• It was written by a committee of 3, all of whom themselves would be reluctant to sign it! Yet they’ve been forced by DC to sign it. Be aware it could be SCARY. But remember there are 8M of us with dinar and the Govt doesn’t have the resources to track your every move. They would focus on people who “know” more like the gurus to keep some things private from the public. They’re using the NDA to limit the number of 8M to a smaller set.
• “They” do not want to create any billionaires and they’ll make sure one way or another that they don’t. Don’t get greedy!
• The object of the NDA was to discourage you from wanting to sign it so “THEY” did not have to worry about you.
• It is down to about 12 pages, 5 of which are just signature pages.
• The point is to have you NEVER disclose how much you exchanged the dinar or dong for. Never tell the rates you got.
• Maintain a low profile: don’t go on TV and say how you got rich. Don’t write a book about it.
• Remember there was a time that the average citizen like each of you wasn’t to get a cent. Tony’s effort brought us to the point where THEY agreed to give us $3 and contract rates with a 4 page NDA you had to sign that lasted only 9 days. Fast forward 8-10 years. THEY wanted to take away all contract rates! But Tony was clear that wouldn’t fly with all of us who’ve been nursing this thing along for 10 years. Now they have made some new rules. EVERYBODY who gets the contract rates MUST sign the NDA that is now 12 pages and LASTS 10 YEARS. Don’t be put off by it because enforcement would be challenging at best, and if you are smart and want to keep your money you will keep that mouth shut. That’s the trade you are making.
HOW TO GET CONTRACT RATE:
• THEY want to give preferential treatment to the holders of only a few notes. (Less than 30-40). IF that rate lasts long enough THEY want to let people with a lot of dinar have some too.
• Anybody who wants it MUST exchange through a Wealth Manager (WM) at a bank. You can negotiate how many dinars are in your portfolio at the contract rate.
• The contract rate is still “advertised” at $28.50.
• You have to either call the 800# to get an appointment with a WM OR YOU have to know some branch manager who has WMs at their disposal and you can get an appointment that way.
• Either way, you WILL be signing the NDA as a requirement to get the contract rate. It will sound onerous so decide how you will handle that. Decide now. Bottom line is you have to NEVER tell anyone about the rates you get.
• Remember we have no control over all the processes or decisions. We are merely the beneficiaries.
• THE TELLERS CANNOT GIVE YOU THE CONTRACT RATE. They can negotiate NOTHING. They’ll see a rate on their screen and that is what you get. period.
Limits and Caps
• There is a limit when exchanging on. 10M dinar to get the contract rate. HOWEVER, the banker has the latitude to allow more or less, mostly depending on how much in total dinar you have PLUS how much of other currencies you have.
• Remember that the dong supposedly no longer has a contract rate. Nevertheless do not hesitate to ask if one is available.
• People with fewer than 30 or 40 dinars to exchange are favored to be given the contract rate for the dinar. So it that’s YOU make sure you ask for it! REMINDER: if you want the contract rate you need to let “them” know by calling the 800# to make your appointment. THE TELLERS CANNOT GIVE YOU CONTRACT RATE.
• The exchange process is based on a first come first served.
VETERANS AND MILITARY
• Some of the exchange centers are located on military bases purposely to handle our veterans and our military because it was they who made this all possible.
• Those who exchange on a base will get PREFERENTIAL RATES. That is, they will be better than what we get at other exchange centers.
• SOOOOOO. IF you have a military ID plan now whether you will go there. Find out where it is, how to get on, etc.
• Tony did not say a word about contract rates at those military exchange centers.
PARTING COMMENTS
• Bush and Cheney had their plan but they couldn’t get it done.
• Obama and Biden had their plan but they couldn’t get it done.
• We’re in a new administration. They have their plan.
• The ZIM has been a problem and presents dilemmas.
• We need to be flexible and accept it.
• Remember it is a gift!
• Make your plan. Make options. Make the plan based on potential rules.
• We won’t know the rules until it goes live and we are playing on the field.
• We are at the $3 rate that was promised so that is great. Roll with the punches.
• Should have gone today. The rate needs to be out before the lower denoms otherwise you create real hoarding. T sees it happening on the same day, not letting LDs come out first.
• Dinar is already international. We await the rate change. There are no laws that need to be passed. It’s just a law.
• The MasterCards from Iraq are valid internationally.
• We’re in the window.
• It WILL happen!
• Remember the dong cannot go until the dinar goes.

The Senior Executive Service (SES) is the Shadow Government

Here is a short introduction to Kristine Marcy, the founder of the SES. It is an interview with her half-brother, Field Marshall, who is a Christian believer. Field has opposed the Satanism of his half-sister for a long time. He now says that she has been arrested or has turned herself in to Judge Jeanine Piro. (We will have to follow through on this.)
The SES was founded in 1979 to allow unelected officials to overrule or veto decisions of any head of a government agency, including the Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, and any other intelligence organization. Members automatically get top security clearance with no real background checks. They control 54 out of 58 government agencies.
The Wikipedia says this about the Senior Executive Service (SES):
On December 15, 2015, President Obama signed an Executive Order enhancing the power of the SES. By the time Obama left office, 8000 out of 9,158 members of the SES were his appointees. Today these are Obama’s soldiers who are part of the treasonous attempt to overthrow the current president.

The real question is: Who controls the SES? Whose idea was it to establish it in 1978-1979?
Does President Trump know that the SES is the main source of his opposition? Why has he not yet gotten rid of the SES, even though it has put up a multitude of roadblocks for his appointments and policies? Is the SES the “swamp” that Trump is trying to drain?
Kristine Marcy probably would not turn herself in unless she was about to be arrested (and sent to Guantanamo for enhanced interrogation). This could be the first step in overthrowing the secret government. It makes me wonder if the bulk of those sealed indictments are directed at SES members.
If Babylon is to fall, the SES will have to fall. Watch for it.

Hi Dan, According to Chinese medicine, March 21 is the date of the changeover of body seasons. The body goes through seasons just like the earth goes through seasons. The week before and after the changeover date is fraught with all kinds of distorted feelings as one is adjusting to the new season. Right now, we are entering liver and gallbladder season, and liver is the seat of emotion/anger. People get very worked up about trivial things during this time, i.e., March 21 to June 21, which is why it is a good idea to keep one's cool...it goes a long way towards preserving relationships.
The reason for the seasons is that the body cannot focus on healing everything all at once. It needs time to process whatever needs to be processed to bring coherent balance back to the system. If we do our internal work, and we heal, then symptoms will not reappear the following year. If, however, no resolution takes place, symptoms will go down under at the end of the season only to reappear again the following year. That is why people have the same symptoms at the same time of year, year after year. They are not doing their inner work during that season to free them of the karmic pattern that keeps repeating itself. This continues until we pay attention and do something about it.

Bruce: Welcome Everybody to the Big Call tonight. Many of you are aware what is out there some things being said, blogged, and written about. I am just telling you what I know. This Intel segment is not going to be super long because for the last couple of days Intel has been pretty quiet. Sources are tending to dry up a little bit in terms of gag orders, black outs, and being told I can’t talk to you for a couple of days. That kind of thing. We are hearing some really cool things that are around this Spring Solstice which I told you last Thursday that it was the 20th, 21st. That is the 20th, and tomorrow will be the 21st. Everything I am hearing is still pointing to this time frame. We didn’t get it today. That makes us look forward to the rest of the week starting with tomorrow. It is not wise for me to call it on any particular day, but I do like sort of what I am hearing between tomorrow and the rest of the week.
Bruce: We heard awhile back that China had their Chinese Yuan to be gold backed and known about that starting on the 26th. At the same time we know some of our contacts are traders of the gold back Yuan as a future, and it is actually called a petro Yuan because it will be used to purchase oil. Instead of just the petro dollar we will have the petro Yuan. I know the traders that are trading the Yuan as a gold back future currency that is no longer available to do that after midnight tonight. That is interesting. They have been told that by email that they won’t be able to trade that as a future after midnight. I don’t know what that means exactly whether the Yuan will be gold back as of tomorrow, but I am hearing things like that even though they put out information about the 26th, next Monday. For us it would be Sunday into Monday due to the time difference in China.
Bruce: Hearing some good things about documentation being signed off. Hearing things about in Iraq of everything what we were looking for which was the budget, the oil and gas law, and the rate be put in the budget. Understand that did happen sort of by default like I mentioned last Thursday. That happened by default over Sunday. So more than likely at least that maybe will hit the printed version of the Gazette tomorrow. It doesn’t really matter to us if it does or not because Iraq is ready. The Qi cards are activated and the rate is on the cards. We know what it is and the in country rate is great. From that aspect Iraq is complete and they have the lower denominations in the ATMs for awhile now. They have some plans to use the coins, the fils. Those coins will be a hard currency and they will be able to use those here very shortly. I do not know if that is in play or about to be in play possibly starting tomorrow. That is one other sign to show Iraq is done and ready to go and be an international player with their currency which is great.
Bruce: Otherwise I think from what we are hearing, everything is moving along nicely from the Chinese perspective and perspective from out west and that things are about to go forward. We have heard some things last couple of days that certain groups would be paid and or certain SKRs would be made liquid. So far we have not seen it, but it does not mean it couldn’t be going on in the next couple of days. We really could. We know some exchanges are going on for individuals that have some liquidity, but the majority of the access to their funds will take up to 48 hours. That is from an exchange that took place today. It is in the process of happening, and I am believing that those of us in Tier 4 could very well get stated this week. I believe their intention is to start with Tier 5, John Q Public, next week.
Bruce: We also understand the gold back dollar is supposed to be available for us by the end of this week. That could be really interesting. Then I heard things the dollars being available essentially exchanged for gold in some banks as early as next week. We will see how that comes out. I am not interested in doing that personally, but it would be nice to know the dollar would be gold back again. I think we might even get an announcement even on Friday. Let’s see if we get one as an announcement on Friday. I don’t think we have to wait for that to get started however as our exchanges and redemption of Zim.
Bruce: I know the Redemption Centers are ramped up for higher staffing starting tomorrow, and it is consistent to be that position through the 27th of the month. I can tell you security is going to be good and high. We still have serious cleanup on Aisle 3 that has taken place the last 3 nights and is continuing. I think that is something that is getting to the point that it will be okay for us to get started. We believe enough cleanups have taken place for us to get started pretty soon. That is what we are looking at right now. Don’t worry about the rates. The rates are great. You know if you want to exchange or if you want to redeem your Zim higher than the screen rate, you will do it at the Redemption Centers in which the toll free numbers will guide you toward. It doesn’t mean the Tier 1 Banks won’t also be redeeming Zim. If you have humanitarian projects and you want to negotiate your rates for higher than the front screens, you will do that at the Redemption Centers just to let you know that. The security is great. I think we are at the point there is not a whole lot left to do that hasn’t been done. Everything appears to be complete such that we could get started. We will see how it shakes out the next couple of days. I feel good still about this week.

• The lower denominations were supposed to be out TODAY. But they are not here. Their behavior is always a surprise to Tony. People in this a while know how imprecise they are. But all governments and many people do the same thing: Tell You one thing and do another.
• Our calls are about helping you to not spend all your money in two years and be broke again.
DETAILS
• Rates are up in the air.
• The laws have been agreed on the HCL (hydrocarbon law), yet people (gurus) keep saying HCL has to be DONE for RV. T says they are not related and it is not rational. They are separate things.
• Exchange Centers and branches: Many branches know nothing about this yet. Only certain people know and Exchange Centers are predominant. Only those involved have the need to know. THis is how it’s been for 10 yrs, but NOW you know you can go to a Foreign Currency Teller to do your exchange if you do not want the contract rate AND you have less than 10M. So that complicates the issues.
• How long does TAX-FREE situation/Treaty last? T: you should ask that question at the beginning of your exchange. But it is based on a treaty dating back to the 1980s under Reagan. SO wouldn’t it last until the Treaty expires or is changed?
NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
• If you want the contract rate you MUST sign this.
• It was written by a committee of 3, all of whom themselves would be reluctant to sign it! Yet they’ve been forced by DC to sign it. Be aware it could be SCARY. But remember there are 8M of us with dinar and the Govt doesn’t have the resources to track your every move. They would focus on people who “know” more like the gurus to keep some things private from the public. They’re using the NDA to limit the number of 8M to a smaller set.
• “They” do not want to create any billionaires and they’ll make sure one way or another that they don’t. Don’t get greedy!
• The object of the NDA was to discourage you from wanting to sign it so “THEY” did not have to worry about you.
• It is down to about 12 pages, 5 of which are just signature pages.
• The point is to have you NEVER disclose how much you exchanged the dinar or dong for. Never tell the rates you got.
• Maintain a low profile: don’t go on TV and say how you got rich. Don’t write a book about it.
• Remember there was a time that the average citizen like each of you wasn’t to get a cent. Tony’s effort brought us to the point where THEY agreed to give us $3 and contract rates with a 4 page NDA you had to sign that lasted only 9 days. Fast forward 8-10 years. THEY wanted to take away all contract rates! But Tony was clear that wouldn’t fly with all of us who’ve been nursing this thing along for 10 years. Now they have made some new rules. EVERYBODY who gets the contract rates MUST sign the NDA that is now 12 pages and LASTS 10 YEARS. Don’t be put off by it because enforcement would be challenging at best, and if you are smart and want to keep your money you will keep that mouth shut. That’s the trade you are making.
HOW TO GET CONTRACT RATE:
• THEY want to give preferential treatment to the holders of only a few notes. (Less than 30-40). IF that rate lasts long enough THEY want to let people with a lot of dinar have some too.
• Anybody who wants it MUST exchange through a Wealth Manager (WM) at a bank. You can negotiate how many dinars are in your portfolio at the contract rate.
• The contract rate is still “advertised” at $28.50.
• You have to either call the 800# to get an appointment with a WM OR YOU have to know some branch manager who has WMs at their disposal and you can get an appointment that way.
• Either way, you WILL be signing the NDA as a requirement to get the contract rate. It will sound onerous so decide how you will handle that. Decide now. Bottom line is you have to NEVER tell anyone about the rates you get.
• Remember we have no control over all the processes or decisions. We are merely the beneficiaries.
• THE TELLERS CANNOT GIVE YOU THE CONTRACT RATE. They can negotiate NOTHING. They’ll see a rate on their screen and that is what you get. period.
Limits and Caps
• There is a limit when exchanging on. 10M dinar to get the contract rate. HOWEVER, the banker has the latitude to allow more or less, mostly depending on how much in total dinar you have PLUS how much of other currencies you have.
• Remember that the dong supposedly no longer has a contract rate. Nevertheless do not hesitate to ask if one is available.
• People with fewer than 30 or 40 dinars to exchange are favored to be given the contract rate for the dinar. So it that’s YOU make sure you ask for it! REMINDER: if you want the contract rate you need to let “them” know by calling the 800# to make your appointment. THE TELLERS CANNOT GIVE YOU CONTRACT RATE.
• The exchange process is based on a first come first served.
VETERANS AND MILITARY
• Some of the exchange centers are located on military bases purposely to handle our veterans and our military because it was they who made this all possible.
• Those who exchange on a base will get PREFERENTIAL RATES. That is, they will be better than what we get at other exchange centers.
• SOOOOOO. IF you have a military ID plan now whether you will go there. Find out where it is, how to get on, etc.
• Tony did not say a word about contract rates at those military exchange centers.
PARTING COMMENTS
• Bush and Cheney had their plan but they couldn’t get it done.
• Obama and Biden had their plan but they couldn’t get it done.
• We’re in a new administration. They have their plan.
• The ZIM has been a problem and presents dilemmas.
• We need to be flexible and accept it.
• Remember it is a gift!
• Make your plan. Make options. Make the plan based on potential rules.
• We won’t know the rules until it goes live and we are playing on the field.
• We are at the $3 rate that was promised so that is great. Roll with the punches.
• Should have gone today. The rate needs to be out before the lower denoms otherwise you create real hoarding. T sees it happening on the same day, not letting LDs come out first.
• Dinar is already international. We await the rate change. There are no laws that need to be passed. It’s just a law.
• The MasterCards from Iraq are valid internationally.
• We’re in the window.
• It WILL happen!
• Remember the dong cannot go until the dinar goes.

The Senior Executive Service (SES) is the Shadow Government

Here is a short introduction to Kristine Marcy, the founder of the SES. It is an interview with her half-brother, Field Marshall, who is a Christian believer. Field has opposed the Satanism of his half-sister for a long time. He now says that she has been arrested or has turned herself in to Judge Jeanine Piro. (We will have to follow through on this.)
The SES was founded in 1979 to allow unelected officials to overrule or veto decisions of any head of a government agency, including the Department of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, and any other intelligence organization. Members automatically get top security clearance with no real background checks. They control 54 out of 58 government agencies.
The Wikipedia says this about the Senior Executive Service (SES):
On December 15, 2015, President Obama signed an Executive Order enhancing the power of the SES. By the time Obama left office, 8000 out of 9,158 members of the SES were his appointees. Today these are Obama’s soldiers who are part of the treasonous attempt to overthrow the current president.

The real question is: Who controls the SES? Whose idea was it to establish it in 1978-1979?
Does President Trump know that the SES is the main source of his opposition? Why has he not yet gotten rid of the SES, even though it has put up a multitude of roadblocks for his appointments and policies? Is the SES the “swamp” that Trump is trying to drain?
Kristine Marcy probably would not turn herself in unless she was about to be arrested (and sent to Guantanamo for enhanced interrogation). This could be the first step in overthrowing the secret government. It makes me wonder if the bulk of those sealed indictments are directed at SES members.
If Babylon is to fall, the SES will have to fall. Watch for it.

Hi Dan, According to Chinese medicine, March 21 is the date of the changeover of body seasons. The body goes through seasons just like the earth goes through seasons. The week before and after the changeover date is fraught with all kinds of distorted feelings as one is adjusting to the new season. Right now, we are entering liver and gallbladder season, and liver is the seat of emotion/anger. People get very worked up about trivial things during this time, i.e., March 21 to June 21, which is why it is a good idea to keep one's cool...it goes a long way towards preserving relationships.
The reason for the seasons is that the body cannot focus on healing everything all at once. It needs time to process whatever needs to be processed to bring coherent balance back to the system. If we do our internal work, and we heal, then symptoms will not reappear the following year. If, however, no resolution takes place, symptoms will go down under at the end of the season only to reappear again the following year. That is why people have the same symptoms at the same time of year, year after year. They are not doing their inner work during that season to free them of the karmic pattern that keeps repeating itself. This continues until we pay attention and do something about it.
