President Trump has declared a Human Rights Emergency AND has notified Congress that he's invoking the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. This opens up new options. By making these two declarations President Trump has just communicated that he has the authority to NOT spend any funds he doesn't deem necessary and will return them to the US Treasury.
So, funds for Planned Parenthood? He can simply not allocate the funds. Also, these declarations make some funds *fungible. For instance if he determines that building a Wall on the Southern Border is a defense against Human Trafficking? He can move funds from anywhere else in the Defense Dept Allocation & simply build the Wall. Congress is powerless to stop cash reallocations on an omnibus bill AND cannot stop the DOD from taking measures under a declared Emergency. Despite their language in the Omnibus Bill about the Border Wall, it is trumped by the State of Emergency that Trump declared. ��
So in summary - This will go to the Courts. Congress will sue the President over the Border Wall. But here's how it will play out - Congress and the President are co-equal branches with different functions. Congress allocates. The President spends. The President has National Security as his Primary Responsibility and it's his job to use whatever funds and declarations he needs to for that job. No Court in this Nation (except corrupt on the take Judges) would EVER rule against a President for exercising that authority. In the end the Supreme Court will fully VALIDATE the President's Constitutional Authority & the Wall will be built.

We are under a state of DECLARED NATIONAL EMERGENCY, People.
People and alt-right personalities whining about Trump signing "The Budget Bill" and 'betraying his base' need to take time out to change their diapers, and perhaps get a different pair of glasses while they are at it.
It is just part of the plan. DJT did not 'cave'. It is essentially an act of rope-a-dope. WTFU, and grow up while you are at it.
YES there is a plan. Has been for a long while. It DID NOT geta setback, rather--it got a big boost.
IT's an OMNIBUS plan, NOT a standard Budget plan. The Reason that it is not a BUDGET plan is simply, because, DJT has previously declared by XO that we are in a state of National Emergency. A budget means business as usual. A time of 'national emergency' and martial law IS NOT 'business as usual'. The omnibus plan is simply a 'wish list'.
This means that DJT can determine WHEN the actual expenditures can be made based on National needs of security (think wall) and justice (think deepstate crimes) among other things (like planned parenthood). He can use this to abate such things as deepstate diversions and 'riot' organization. IOW he simply asks "Do we need this at this time of national emergency?"
So STFU, buckle in and just watch, because indeed things are speeding up as the White Hat plan is in full roll.

Concrete Cutter Repairs Pier at Guantanamo Bay Naval Station
One CSDA member recently traveled to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to cut and remove an old concrete pier and returned several months later to resolve a critical issue with the new pier construction. The job involved core drilling six 18-inch-diameter, 7.3-foot-deep holes in concrete pipe piles using diamond tools.
COMMENT: These new piers are very important. They can be used if necessary to berth decommisioned Navy vessels such as LST's, Aircraft Carriers and the like each of which can house up to 6000 persons on a temporary basis until the final housing and/or trials are completed. LOL, cant you just see a ship full of lawyers standing in a chow line dressed in tattered 3-piece suits?

An allocation format and percentages agreed to on what portion of the Global Collateral Accounts each participating nation will receive in gold to cover their particular currency circulations.
Almost all global and sovereign financial institutions adherence to The Basel III accords with the main focus on capital reserve compliance.
An understanding and compromise has been resolved between the Chinese and the Vatican with regards to the release funds and what portion they will receive. (This has been an unknown road block for several months now)
Funds have been allocated and positioned for distribution to destination accounts.

There will be removal of U.S. Military bases from strategic location throughout the globe that have caused an unrest or unwarranted defensive posture from surrounding States, thus changing the perception of the U.S. on the global scale from an offensive irritator to an defensive peace keeper.
These actions and developments above are just a few of the known mechanisms and strategic planning deployed, upgraded, or in the process of development for the release of funds that are positioned to repair our global financial dilemma. There are many more events behind the scenes taking place in order for these funds to flow unrestricted to destination accounts to be utilized for purposes intended.
It is crucial to understand that all these financial institutions and agencies are strictly fiduciary components for the delivery, monitoring of funds, banking laws and compliance protocols. They DO NOT own the funds! Others, that are the architects of the plan are the signatories for the funds, and carry the recognition of authority to enlist the agencies and institutions listed above to engage. They all must integrate their efforts to achieve the end goals. And It is the public that will realize the end results of those efforts.
The reason I engage in this type of dialog is to hopefully give a broader perspective of what is actually going on. This is such a massive effort, that to try and pinpoint or speculate an exact time of engagement is a futile effort. When all things that need to be in place are in place is when it will be done. The eventualities of the possible outcomes these events may cause are without end. One wrong move can fester into a global problem.

The ability of a quantum computer to crack pretty much all of the current encryption systems, in the time that it takes you to read this sentence, would make the global financial system highly vulnerable to attack, not to mention state security. In addition to racing to build stable and scalable quantum computers a critical challenge of this arms race includes developing and deploying cyber security and quantum-resistant encryption.
U.S. officials and scientists have already voiced their concerns stating that the country that holds quantum supremacy will have an edge in everything from business to national security to the military. The Trump administration’s intention to reduce the federal budget with cuts to scientific projects has only stoked that worry.
Although the U.S. currently remains at the forefront of quantum information science, their lead is slipping quickly as other nations step up efforts to get there first. China holds the top two positions in the Top 500 list of the world’s fastest computers and the Chinese understand very well the potential power that quantum computing promises. For this reason they have allocated extensive funding towards the goal of producing a functional quantum computer before anyone else. On 37 hectares (nearly 4 million square feet) in Hefei, Anhui Province, China is building a $10 billion research center for quantum applications. This news comes on the heels of the world’s first video call made via quantum-encrypted communications and the completion of a quantum encrypted fiber optic trunk cable.
In comparison, the European Union is committed to invest $1 Billion over the next 10 years into their quantum computing projects while the U.S. government currently allocates about $200 million per year to quantum research (a recent congressional report noted that inconsistent funding has slowed progress). President Trump has declared a Human Rights Emergency AND has notified Congress that he's invoking the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. This opens up new options. By making these two declarations President Trump has just communicated that he has the authority to NOT spend any funds he doesn't deem necessary and will return them to the US Treasury.
So, funds for Planned Parenthood? He can simply not allocate the funds. Also, these declarations make some funds *fungible. For instance if he determines that building a Wall on the Southern Border is a defense against Human Trafficking? He can move funds from anywhere else in the Defense Dept Allocation & simply build the Wall. Congress is powerless to stop cash reallocations on an omnibus bill AND cannot stop the DOD from taking measures under a declared Emergency. Despite their language in the Omnibus Bill about the Border Wall, it is trumped by the State of Emergency that Trump declared. ��
So in summary - This will go to the Courts. Congress will sue the President over the Border Wall. But here's how it will play out - Congress and the President are co-equal branches with different functions. Congress allocates. The President spends. The President has National Security as his Primary Responsibility and it's his job to use whatever funds and declarations he needs to for that job. No Court in this Nation (except corrupt on the take Judges) would EVER rule against a President for exercising that authority. In the end the Supreme Court will fully VALIDATE the President's Constitutional Authority & the Wall will be built.

We are under a state of DECLARED NATIONAL EMERGENCY, People.
People and alt-right personalities whining about Trump signing "The Budget Bill" and 'betraying his base' need to take time out to change their diapers, and perhaps get a different pair of glasses while they are at it.
It is just part of the plan. DJT did not 'cave'. It is essentially an act of rope-a-dope. WTFU, and grow up while you are at it.
YES there is a plan. Has been for a long while. It DID NOT geta setback, rather--it got a big boost.
IT's an OMNIBUS plan, NOT a standard Budget plan. The Reason that it is not a BUDGET plan is simply, because, DJT has previously declared by XO that we are in a state of National Emergency. A budget means business as usual. A time of 'national emergency' and martial law IS NOT 'business as usual'. The omnibus plan is simply a 'wish list'.
This means that DJT can determine WHEN the actual expenditures can be made based on National needs of security (think wall) and justice (think deepstate crimes) among other things (like planned parenthood). He can use this to abate such things as deepstate diversions and 'riot' organization. IOW he simply asks "Do we need this at this time of national emergency?"
So STFU, buckle in and just watch, because indeed things are speeding up as the White Hat plan is in full roll.
STAY AWAY FROM CROWDS...because deep state is in panic mode. They know what their fate is to be. Many are detained (indicted--which means they are essentially ALREADY in a prison where their freedom of travel is both monitored and limited. Restore respect to the Military, replace key people in cabinet positions with white hats, replace corrupt judges, expose many of the rest to judicial punishment. (stage 2 pretty much completed --(at least we know who most of them are) Which is why “lock em up, they are guilty” has been the cry for quite a while. Hang on, children…we know they are guilty,---BUT the deep state lawyers would have them out on bail in 15 minutes. This would last 25 years of corrupt court fights. That’s not justice…so--
Stage 3: Declare A “NATIONAL emergency” and Martial Law.
This places the Military and the UCMJ (Universal Code of Military Justice) as the LEGAL and CONSTITUTIONAL means of true JUSTICE. Fast. In accord with the declaration, place impediments to travel to restrict the fleeing of the deep state rats, such as mysterious airport closings and operations, turning flights around, etc. if necessary. Seize/lock funds of obvious corrupt players. Completed
Stage 4: Meanwhile - Go after the low hanging fruit such as MS-13 and other gangs, sex traffickers, dope peddlers, enablers such as CEO’s with their corrupt schemes. Hollywood, Disney, Google, Facebook, etc… And, Imprison the real deep state enablers temporarily with multi thousands of “Sealed Indictments”. Concrete Cutter Repairs Pier at Guantanamo Bay Naval Station
One CSDA member recently traveled to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to cut and remove an old concrete pier and returned several months later to resolve a critical issue with the new pier construction. The job involved core drilling six 18-inch-diameter, 7.3-foot-deep holes in concrete pipe piles using diamond tools.
COMMENT: These new piers are very important. They can be used if necessary to berth decommisioned Navy vessels such as LST's, Aircraft Carriers and the like each of which can house up to 6000 persons on a temporary basis until the final housing and/or trials are completed. LOL, cant you just see a ship full of lawyers standing in a chow line dressed in tattered 3-piece suits?

An allocation format and percentages agreed to on what portion of the Global Collateral Accounts each participating nation will receive in gold to cover their particular currency circulations.
Almost all global and sovereign financial institutions adherence to The Basel III accords with the main focus on capital reserve compliance.
An understanding and compromise has been resolved between the Chinese and the Vatican with regards to the release funds and what portion they will receive. (This has been an unknown road block for several months now)
Funds have been allocated and positioned for distribution to destination accounts.
A centralized, global intelligence network has been implemented for oversight and the streamline financial activity monitoring with respect to all current global financial compliance laws. Agreements are in place for the restitution of damages accrued from the illegal activity of the Global Banking and Financial Systems against The Prosperity Programs; additionally, restitution to the Global Debt Facility for improper hedging of the collateral accounts. There will also be Sovereign Debt Relief and so on..
There will be removal of U.S. Military bases from strategic location throughout the globe that have caused an unrest or unwarranted defensive posture from surrounding States, thus changing the perception of the U.S. on the global scale from an offensive irritator to an defensive peace keeper.
These actions and developments above are just a few of the known mechanisms and strategic planning deployed, upgraded, or in the process of development for the release of funds that are positioned to repair our global financial dilemma. There are many more events behind the scenes taking place in order for these funds to flow unrestricted to destination accounts to be utilized for purposes intended.
It is crucial to understand that all these financial institutions and agencies are strictly fiduciary components for the delivery, monitoring of funds, banking laws and compliance protocols. They DO NOT own the funds! Others, that are the architects of the plan are the signatories for the funds, and carry the recognition of authority to enlist the agencies and institutions listed above to engage. They all must integrate their efforts to achieve the end goals. And It is the public that will realize the end results of those efforts.
The reason I engage in this type of dialog is to hopefully give a broader perspective of what is actually going on. This is such a massive effort, that to try and pinpoint or speculate an exact time of engagement is a futile effort. When all things that need to be in place are in place is when it will be done. The eventualities of the possible outcomes these events may cause are without end. One wrong move can fester into a global problem.

The ability of a quantum computer to crack pretty much all of the current encryption systems, in the time that it takes you to read this sentence, would make the global financial system highly vulnerable to attack, not to mention state security. In addition to racing to build stable and scalable quantum computers a critical challenge of this arms race includes developing and deploying cyber security and quantum-resistant encryption.
U.S. officials and scientists have already voiced their concerns stating that the country that holds quantum supremacy will have an edge in everything from business to national security to the military. The Trump administration’s intention to reduce the federal budget with cuts to scientific projects has only stoked that worry.
Although the U.S. currently remains at the forefront of quantum information science, their lead is slipping quickly as other nations step up efforts to get there first. China holds the top two positions in the Top 500 list of the world’s fastest computers and the Chinese understand very well the potential power that quantum computing promises. For this reason they have allocated extensive funding towards the goal of producing a functional quantum computer before anyone else. On 37 hectares (nearly 4 million square feet) in Hefei, Anhui Province, China is building a $10 billion research center for quantum applications. This news comes on the heels of the world’s first video call made via quantum-encrypted communications and the completion of a quantum encrypted fiber optic trunk cable.
In comparison, the European Union is committed to invest $1 Billion over the next 10 years into their quantum computing projects while the U.S. government currently allocates about $200 million per year to quantum research (a recent congressional report noted that inconsistent funding has slowed progress). And many of the projects vying for grant money appear to be thinly veiled shams set-up as resellers or consulting firms with not much behind them.
According to an article in the National Review, “In 2016, 4.2 billion computerized records in the United States were compromised, a staggering 421 percent increase from the prior year. What’s more, foreign countries are stealing encrypted U.S. data and storing it because they know that in roughly a decade, quantum computers will be able to get around the encryption.”
