The Governor of Wasit Mahmoud Mulla Talal, on Monday, the disbursement of dues of farmers and farmers and the delayed for the year 2015 2016 on Tuesday.
"An agreement has been reached with the Ministry of Commerce to disburse the dues of farmers and farmers in arrears for 2015-2016," Mullah Talal told Al-Ghad Press.
"It will be disbursed from Tuesday, December 12, 2017," adding that "this agreement came after a series of communications and demands of the federal government, which resulted in this agreement.
StephenMac63: Not to worry about "date" projections. big clue was "The 2017 Budget of Iraq was recalculated to 1 to 1". Gee, why recalculate a 2017 budget when there are less than 20 days until 2018?.......Unless they are planning on using it in 2017. We wouldn't recalculate 2017 budget for 2018. IMO

Iraq is moving forwards,the others we wait to hear. These will all be for the majors. There are no Public plans yet. To us the major PPs are key. That refunds projects, jobs and hope. No one needs fantasists. Structured, organised Pros to start.Mass real help. Nothing new until this week end. We have 2 days intense meetings Wednesday Thursday now. A lot is playing out. Reality rules. It's to the wire now. No one is releasing Santa for lost causes pre Xmas. No one is owed. Major issues first. Le'ts turn the nations around starting with the PPs and major blocks. That's mass help for next year. Real issues. Those without, what happened to Education? Karma? Projects will help many.

Comment: Almost everything Ben says this week can be verified by evidence from the MSM, so even though Ben has been calling the war being fought for years we can start to see it being played out in real time. My colleague, Sean Goldsmith, just returned from a tour of the Caribbean.
He met with several local governments about their ‘citizenship by investment’ programs – a way to receive a passport by donating money or investing in local businesses or real estate.
